What You'll Do

  • Participating in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and Implementing solutions that support business needs.
  • Driving quality, flexibility while implementing the solution.
  • Strive for engineering excellence by following engineering standards in developing solution which are scalable, performance oriented and keep the future architectures in mind.
  • Coordinate with product owner, scrum master, technical leads as needed.
  • Participating in design and code reviews, process improvement exercises
  • Lead and work with all members of the team in understanding business objectives, defining and understanding the scope and assessing impacts across the functions (as applicable)
  • Participate in all phases of the project development life cycle to ensure the execution is in line with business objectives and project scope.
  • Grow and function as a technical subject matter authority to answer or facilitate responses to business related scope and serve as first level point of contact.
  • Collaborate with your global teams for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Implement based on Agile methodologies – Assist/lead team to refine backlog and sprint planning sessions, ensuring story backlog meets definition of ready and is ready for your scrum team to start implementing.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience software development experience in building business applications and integrations.
  • 2+ years experience in leading sophisticated, high-volume applications in a production and in building solutions with hybrid cloud implementation and integration
  • 3+ years’ demonstrated ablility in applying advanced PL/SQL techniques for data manipulation, cursor management, and error handling.
  • 2+ years’ experience in ability to design and develop custom Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and components, building robust workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder, incorporating business logic and user interactions.
  • 1+ years of strong domain expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing (QP), Trading Community Architecture (TCA), and Inventory (INV) modules is essential.




Preferred Requirements- 

  • Experience in Shell Script programming, Java, SOA/Web service Integrations with SOAP/RESTful services
  • Programming expertise in Forms Customizations/Personalization’s and XML Publisher reporting
  • Experience with web service development and process automation.
  • Must be willing to understand existing sophisticated customizations & provide solutions
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira to support them would be a plus
  • Experience working with Oracle support to resolve Oracle application production issues
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques.

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
